I am passionate about living a good life.
I would describe myself as a thinker, and a lover of life and studying!
When I am not working with clients in private practice, producing workshops or delivering ceremonies, you can find me on long beach walks with my dog's, or simply enjoying a nice cup of tea, reading a book.
My love of exploring takes me to beautiful places, such as, castles and country locations, where you will find me soaking up the history and detail of fabulous places.
I am a Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Counsellor. I help adults, young people and children with a wide range of issues.
The foundations of my training are to work within a person centred / humanistic modality, which means the relationship between the client and the therapist is always about you.
However, through my extensive training, I use a range of therapeutic modalities within my private practice. I continually update my knowledge and skills, to ensure I am demonstrating my commitment to my professional development.
I am a leading ADHD/ASD Specialist. I strive to keep up to date with the latest research findings, especially surrounding my personal and professional dedication towards ADHD/ADD and Autism, including training and research studies at Kings College London, which is a major research university, and ranked 30th in the Best Global Universities.
I am currently studying a Masters in Neurodiversity.
This allows me to explore furthermore my research and studies within my specialism's of ADHD/ADD and Autism, to provide you with robust, profound and the very best services.
I have over 20 years experience working within the health and wellness industry. I offer therapeutic workshops and courses online, within the community and businesses on a wide range of subjects.
Alongside my private practice, I use my experience of building and running multiple successful businesses and I am the founder of 'Heartwood Foundations'
which provides strategic solutions for counsellor's and psychologist's to build and grow a successful private practice.
I am a Funeral Celebrant. I help families to prepare to say goodbye to their loved one. I create and deliver funerals which are a celebration of a persons life.
I am an ADHD Specialist Supervisor and Coach, ADHD Educator, a Public Speaker and I regularly write articles for various newspapers, magazines and TV.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This organisation is one of the largest professional bodies for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK and they ensure the highest professional standards.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
The BACP and the NCPS have a code of ethics to which I adhere, which ensures I am always working to the highest standards of professionalism within private practice.
I'm also a proud member of The The British Psychological Society, which is the The UK’s voice and home of psychology

I am fully insured and I have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
I am an Aviva Health Insurance and Vitality Health Insurance Recognised Approved Consultant.
I currently provide my services to the NHS to offer support to their frontline staff and I undertake annual safeguarding training.
