about

Me

I'm Rosalind

I am passionate about helping people live a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life, particularly during periods of change, uncertainty, or emotional difficulty.

II'm naturally reflective and curious, with a deep interest in understanding how people make sense of their experiences and the world around them.

This thoughtful approach underpins both my therapeutic work and my ongoing commitment to learning and professional development.

Outside of my clinical work, I value time that allows for reflection and restoration. I enjoy long walks by the coast, quiet moments with a cup of tea and a book, where there is space to slow down and notice detail. These experiences support the calm, attentive presence I bring to my work with clients.

I am a Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Counsellor, working with adults, young people, and children who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

The foundation of my training is a person-centred and humanistic approach, meaning the therapeutic relationship is always focused on you — your experiences, your pace, and what feels most important to bring to therapy.

I am qualified, insured, and trained to Level 7, the highest tier within the CPCAB-regulated framework. Alongside this core training, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches within my private practice, allowing me to work flexibly and responsively with each individual. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly update my knowledge and skills in line with current research and best practice.

I am a leading ADHD specialist and a central area of my work is supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, across different stages of life. My professional practice in this area is informed not only by specialist training and research, but also by my own late diagnosis of ADHD, alongside autism and dyslexia. This lived experience deepens my understanding of the emotional, relational, and identity-related impact of neurodivergence, while remaining firmly held within appropriate therapeutic boundaries.

I have undertaken specialist training with UKAAN, the UK’s leading professional organisation for Adult ADHD, and my work is further informed by study connected to King’s College London. This includes experience and training related to assessment, diagnosis, and post-diagnostic adjustment, as well as ongoing engagement with contemporary ADHD and autism research.

I also have experience supporting individuals who have lived through trauma, including sexual abuse and exploitation, whether these experiences occurred earlier in life or more recently. My therapeutic work in this area is informed by both clinical practice and my current Master’s study in Criminology and Criminal Psychology at the University of Essex, which deepens my understanding of trauma, power, coercion, and their psychological impact. Therapy offers a confidential, compassionate space to explore what has happened, at a pace that feels safe and contained.

My research, training, and clinical experience allow me to offer thoughtful, grounded, and ethical support, helping clients to explore difficulties, build understanding, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.
