Helping You To Find

Emotional Freedom

I'm Rosalind

I'm here to support you as you navigate the many different chapters of your life.

At times, our lives can become turbulent, challenging, and painful.

II can walk alongside you as you explore these experiences and gently work through the difficulties you may be facing, helping you to navigate each stage and find possible ways forward.

You deserve the opportunity to live your life to its full potential, with greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.

Welcome!

I am a Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Counsellor, supporting adults, young people, and children with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you, or your child, to talk openly and in confidence about the challenges you may be facing.

The foundation of my work is a person-centred and humanistic approach, meaning the therapeutic relationship is always led by you, at your pace and according to your individual needs.

Alongside this, and through my extensive training and clinical experience, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities within my private practice. This allows me to work flexibly and responsively, particularly with clients who experience the world differently.

A central focus of my practice is supporting individuals with ADHD across all ages, as well as those who are autistic or dyslexic. My professional work is also informed by my own late diagnosis of ADHD, alongside autism and dyslexia, which gives me a deep, compassionate understanding of the complexities and strengths of neurodivergent experience.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly update my knowledge to reflect the latest research, particularly in relation to ADHD/ADD and Autism (ASD).

If you would like to understand more about my experience, training, and approach to working with ADHD at any stage of life, I invite you to visit my About Me page.

I am passionate about helping people feel more at ease with themselves and their lives, as they navigate their own unique journey.

Areas I work with

  • ADHD across the lifespan, including late diagnosis, identity, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional regulation

  • ADHD and menopause, including changes in focus, memory, mood, overwhelm, and a sense of “coping no longer working”

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and the impact this can have across different stages of life

  • Women and ADHD, including hormonal transitions, burnout, masking, and self-criticism

  • Trauma, including the emotional and psychological impact of past experiences

  • Rape and sexual abuse, including space to process experiences safely, at your own pace

  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm, particularly where life feels chaotic or unmanageable

  • Anxiety, stress, and low mood

  • Self-esteem and identity, especially following late diagnosis, trauma, or life transitions

  • Relationship difficulties, including communication, trust, and emotional connection

  • Life transitions, loss, and periods of change or uncertainty

  • Supporting parents of neurodivergent children, including understanding behaviour, overwhelm, and family dynamics

  • Late or emerging ADHD identification in teenagers

  • School-related stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

  • Helping children make sense of their emotions, particularly where feelings feel “too big”

  • Building confidence and resilience

  • Supporting family relationships during periods of change or difficulty

Taking the next step

If you’re considering therapy and would like to explore whether we could work together, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, particularly if you’ve been managing on your own for a long time. An initial conversation offers a gentle opportunity to ask questions and see whether this support feels right for you or your family.

Please note: you do not have to have a formal diagnosis to explore the pathways, or to work with me.
